Fatima Group enlisted ByTheWay Digital to take up three major challenges simultaneously the first one being their corporate quarterly newsletter issued under the supply chain department. The second challenge to build unique corporate identities almost every month that represented the organization at many levels. The final segment they needed was to give them a winning corporate identity & social media campaign for their fertilizer category, since it has grown increasingly more competitive.

Over the last decade, & the recent 5 years in particular, the fertilizer category has become immensely competitive across the regional market of south Asia. With retailers stocking up products from left and right, it became a top priority for Fatima Group to relaunch itself and pick up its pace from the raising competition. This made the management decide to assign supply chain department with major tasks and decision making since the procurement had to be extremely good for generating best results. The supply chain team delivered their best and as a result decided to launch their accomplishments in a quarterly publication.

Further, they needed a set of great corporate identity branding, and later a kick-ass social digital marketing campaign.


The challenge on every milestone of our multi projects with Fatima Group was to bring a creative, out of the box vision to the management. We fully understood their certain corporate parameters and then improvised every time to deliver great results. A major part of the process on working with Fatima Group has been documentation and it gave us a great exposure on how to handle projects when working with a corporate giant.


After careful analysis of project scope, and requirements every time, we make carefully planned blueprints of the proposed ideas. Once through the feedback, everything paced up to deliver best creatives for final feedback and approval. Likewise, for every publication the process as kept very simple to collect content from plants, headoffice and regional offices. Then a comprehensive template is presented for approval and the selected version is taken into further process. Once the design files are ready, they are proofread and final approval taken, given into print and a PDF version is released immediately.

Fatima Group has extremely aggressive deadlines, and strict design standards. Not for once I have been reported that ByTheWay Digital have given a poor design or a copied version.
